Naked Fitness~Book Review


Ok, first off, don’t worry, this book is not about working out in the nude!  This book is more about stripping away all of the excuses and issues we hold on to that keep us from becoming fit and happy. This book is not about dropping tons of pounds in a couple of days or starving yourself. Naked Fitness is about a new lifestyle. Naked Fitness includes everything you need to feel your absolute best and look your your best. So, no more playing games, no more yo-yo dieting, and no more starving yourself. It is about eating healthy, determining which areas you need to work on, getting in the right mindset, and living a healthy life.

Naked fitness is jam packed full of information that will help motivate you to become the best you possible.  I enjoyed the list of positive saying that you can use to help you stay on track. There are questionnaires that you can do to help determine what areas you need to work on. One of my favorite things is the exercises that you can do in the comfort of your home.

There is a whole section on nutrition. This section helps you select foods that are beneficial to you. It has a grocery list and lots of meal plans. There are  exercises and tips that can even help get rid of stress. At the back of the book there are logs to keep up with your progress, food journals, recipes, and much more.
