Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies and a little about me
These are a family favorite recipe of ours. They are Peanut butter No Bake Cookies. I like them because they are fast, easy and I always have the ingredients on hand. They are also great to make in the summer when you want a treat but don't want to heat up the house. I'm also sharing the regular Chocolate No Bake Cookie recipe and the Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie recipe.
Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook butter, milk and sugar until it comes to a full boil. Turn down the heat and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in peanut butter until smooth, mix in quick oats. Drop out onto a cookie sheet. Let sit until cool or you can put them in the refrigerator to set up.
Chocolate No Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook butter, milk, sugar and cocoa until it comes to a full boil. Turn down the heat and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in the vanilla and quick oats. Drop onto a cookie sheet. Let sit until cool or you can put them in the refrigerator ti set up.
