The best salad dressing Ever!

My daughter loves Olive Garden's salad dressing and she's very good at figuring out what is in something. So this is her version of their salad dressing and I like to use it as a coleslaw dressing!
I cheat and buy the coleslaw mix, but you can chop up your own mixture too! I really love pepperoncinis. Some people call them banana peppers. I did a little research and found out that banana peppers aren't as juicy or tasty. Pepperoncinis are juicy and have a little more tangy spice. So if you can't find pepperoncini you can use banana peppers.

Coleslaw

1 bag coleslaw mix or the broccoli coleslaw mix
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
1/2 cup sliced red onion

Dressing

3 tablespoons pepperorincini juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
salt and pepper to taste
6-9 tablespoons olive oil

Put all the coleslaw ingredients in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk the pepperorincini juice, red wine vinegar, grated garlic, salt and pepper really well. Whisk in the olive oil and pour over the coleslaw. Mix well, chill and serve.
