The layered tulle ruffle petticoat in red is made for enhancing a sexy costume. Petticoats really complete a costume. This give it a look of added quality and flare. It’s a great way to add color and style too. Wear it with a devil costume, nurse costume or sexy showgirl costume to name a few.
Sloan just loves to wear petticoats to school with leggings. I thought the pink one looked so cute with her little pink shoes.
