Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies With Oil

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies With Oil

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a mixer measure the sugars, oil and eggs and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well again. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

With a cookie scoop, scoop out onto cookie sheets. The dough will be a little runnier than regular cookie dough. Bake 10-12 minutes, but watch so you don't over~bake, you don't want them to dry out. Jen said to throw a piece of bread in the cookie jar so they cookies don't dry out, or eat them all up so they don't make it to the cookie jar! lol

My grandma had a CC recipe with white flour and oil and I love the soft texture ~ I'm sure these are just as great and even better with whole grains!
