Turkey Crescents and a Swap and a Giveaway!

I joined in this fun Valentine Swap over at Treasured Heirlooms. If you're interested in doing joining in the swap, you can still join in until Friday, January 8. I think it's going to be fun to create some Valentine goodies to swap and I can't wait to see what I get. You can find all the rules at Cathy's blog Treasured Heirlooms.

I found this super simple recipe a while back, and I don't remember which blog I found it on, so if it's yours, please let me know. My family just loved this and I loved how easy it was. You could use almost any leftover meat in these turkey crescents.

Turkey Crescents

2 packages of crescent rolls
2 cups of shredded turkey or any leftover meat
2 cups of grated cheese, I used cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese for topping

Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam.

In a bowl mix the turkey with the 2 cups of grated cheese. Open rolls and put some meat mixture in the center of each triangle. Just pinch them together a little, you don't have to totally enclose them. Place them in the prepared pan.

In another bowl mix the soup and milk. Pour over the rolls and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
