Turkey and Broccoli Stromboli

I came across this recipe the other day, and I'm sorry I forgot where. I love how simple it is to make! Everyone loved it and even my picky eater Sloan who hates broccoli, ate it! It's super easy to make too!

Turkey and Broccoli Stromboli

3 cups turkey, chopped or shredded (you could use any meat)
3 cups of broccoli, steamed and chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (use whatever you have)
1 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar)
2 tubes crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a cookie sheet spread one tube of crescent rolls pinching seams together. Do the same thing to the other tube, I layed it out on the counter.

In a bowl mix the other ingredients. Scoop onto the crescent rolls almost to the edge. Cover with the other sheet of crescent rolls and kind of push the edges down all around. Bake for 20 minutes.

I'm not sure why Sloan had a pencil next to her plate in this picture. Chauncey took a bunch of pictures for me, but he can't seem to hold the camera still, so this is a picture that Sloan took. Sorry it's of half eaten food!

Oh that looks good. I'm dieting so I can't promise to try it right away but the recipe will go in my recipe box for the future! :-)

Welcome aboard junkblossoms. I am so glad you left a comment. I've found so many great blogs that way. Yours is the latest. I'm following you now, too! Stop in again soon. Pat.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, stromboli! What's not to like? Love Sloan's pencil, the little known dinner setting. Dinner knife, teaspoon, soup spoon, pencil. LOL!

Oh, I like the sound of this one. I love that we don't have to make the pastry, nor the sauce for the filling. I'll have to bookmark this and come back to it!

Turkey was on sale at the Deli so I bought a bunch and was looking for recipes. Your Turkey and Brocolli roll was perfect. I fixed it tonight and my husband loved it. Thanks for sharing your recipe AzGrandma
