Breakfast Cookies and a Giveaway!

I found this recipe over at I Have To Say. Randi's looked so good, I had to try them! The kids couldn't believe I was giving them cookies for breakfast, they loved them! I added mini chocolate chips to mine because Sloan loves chocolate. The kids ate all of them before I could get a picture of them, so if you want to see what they look like, stop by Randi's blog.


Breakfast Cookies

2 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375. Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Drop by cookie scoop onto cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes.
