Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Muffins and a Contest!

I found this recipe over at My Bryd House. It looked so good with whole wheat flour. I changed it a little, you know us, it must have chocolate!

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with Pam.

In a bowl whisk all the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the chocolate chips. Scoop into muffin tin with a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
