I was really excited to try out this whole system! I know, I get excited really easy. I had a birthday coming up and that always makes me think of all the little wrinkles and changes my face is having as I get older.
These little exercise are really fun and easy to do and the results is amazing. I could tell a difference after the first one. I wish I had remembered to take before pictures, but you can get an idea of what to expect from the pictures above. This is a system that you have to commit to and use, but even after missing a few sessions here and there I was able to see a big difference.
