I had fun picking out our cereal. I chose macadamia nuts and blueberries. The flakes are nice and big and crunchy, and we loved them! The blueberries were good, but we had to pick out all the macadamia nuts because they were rancid. So, I would say the cereal overall is good, but stay away from the nuts.
