This 2 Disk DVD set includes over 120 minutes of highly specialized routines for the following areas: Neck, Shoulders, Upper Back, Low Back, Hips, Ankles/Feet and Elbows/Wrist, plus two bonus Relaxation routines. There is one 5 minute routine and one 10 minute routine for each area. Each routine is designed to hone in on the specific muscles and joints of the target area, providing both a "workout" and "massage."

The Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls are made of a special rubber that grips at your skin, grabs at multiple layers of muscles, and rubs out adhesions and tension, providing a deep tissue massage. Includes mesh drawstring carrying tote.

This is an amazing way to work different problem areas of the body. I really enjoyed upper back, shoulders and neck workouts. It really relaxed those areas and made them feel like I’d had a mini massage.

You can even get a free sample of the videos on line here!
