I am really excited to tell you about my first blog event! It’s called Get Fit For 2011 and it will run from December 1 through December 15! I know you’re probably thinking that’s not the time of year I want to think about workouts and diets, but don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! Just stop by each day during December 1 through December 15 and I will share diet tips (let’s call it healthy eating) and workout tips plus some great giveaways that you’ll want to sign up for! I’ll also be sharing a few product reviews that you’ll like.
If we all do a little bit everyday in December to think about ourselves and our bodies then we’re going to look great for the new year. And, if you want to work on things for a New Year’s Resolution you can use all the tips I’ve got to get you on your way to meeting your goals.
I have lost a lot of weight myself, over 200 pounds and I did it on my own by dieting and exercising. I’m excited to share some things with you that I’ve learned along the way. I’ve recently been experience menopause (with a thyroid problem which has been a real experience!) and along with hormone problems I’ve had a little weight gain. I’ve vowed to not let it get me down so I thought this Blog Event would help me on my way.
