Creator and owner of Around the Table games, Beth Daniels was blessed to have her grandparents and great-grandparents in her life for decades. Over the years, she realized that the more she learned about them, the better she understood herself. As a result, she treats the stories they shared as priceless gifts that she is determined to pass on to her own children. As an Occupational Therapist, wife and mother of two, Daniels understands all too well how active lives and busy schedules can prevent families from sharing the anecdotes and folklore that make a family a family. Family Talk 2

This is such a great way to get the kids talking! It’s for kids 3 and up and I thought it was great for Chauncey and Sloan. It has all kind of conversation starters that really make mealtime fun. Here’s a few~

Who is your favorite cartoon character?

What is your craziest and most embarrassing hairstyle you’ve ever had?

What subject in school will be most useful in life?

This is a fun game to just toss in your bag and use at a restaurant, or it would be a fun game to get to know a group.

                 

Double Deck Tin Family Talk & Grandparent Talk

This is a nice set with 2 Talk games in it. We had fun playing this game with my parents and I think Chauncey and Sloan had fun learning things about their grandparents. Here are a few questions~

What do you worry about most?

What have you been able to do as a result of saving money?
