Mint Bamboozers

Sloan just loved these bars! They are like a minty cakey brownie. They're nice and moist.

Mint Bamboozers

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
4 egg whites
10 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 tablespoons mint chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam.

In a large bowl whisk the flour, cocoa and brown sugar.

In a medium bowl mix the milk, eggs, egg whites, vanilla, butter and honey. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with mint chips. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
