This is great chocolate chip cookie, it's nice and moist in the middle with lots of chips! These didn't last long at my house!Chocolate Chip Cookies
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup shortning
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix thoroughly butter, shortning, and eggs. Add vanilla. In separate bowl, mix together flour, soda, and salt. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Add chocolate chips. Drop dough by spoonful onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 degree’s for 8 – 10 minutes. Cookies will still be soft in the middle when done.
