Upside Down Pizza

Today is the last day for the Sock Monkey Giveaway! You can find all the details HERE!

Have you been to Becki's fun blog called Whippy Cakes? She makes the cutiest headbands. Becki is having a great giveaway for a necklace from Pink Chandelier.

I found this recipe over at Jomade the other day and I knew right away my family would love it! What's not to love when it involves pizza. If you have a bread machine you'll want to check out Jo's recipe on her blog, I don't have a bread machine so I changed the directions for making it in my mixer. The crust on this pizza is so good with all the garlic butter on it, yum!

Upside Down Pizza

1 (26oz) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage

1/1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon yeast

Measure the water into a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and the sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add the flour, butter and salt and knead for 8 minutes. Remove and place in a greased bowl covered with a towel, let sit for 30 minutes.

.
On a flat lightly floured surface roll dough out to the size a little bigger then the baking dish.
