Strong Mamas Fit Families by Colleen Walsh
As a mother to three young boys, a tri~athlete, and an avid exercise enthusiast, I became a certified personal fitness trainer in 2002 through ISSA so I could incorporate what I knew about health and fitness to help others with the challenge of balancing exercise while having small children in your life.
I am an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who loves to inspire others to reach their potential through physical fitness and a creative work/life balance. I constantly seek new information and experiences that challenge me and enable me to provide my clients with the latest research and news in health related fields.
I really enjoyed the workout! It was fun to do, I did it with one of the kiddo’s I babysit. He had a lot of fun, and I was able to sneak a workout in! Can’t get much better than that when there is no time to go to the gym!
