I'm off in Maine this morning! We took a red eye flight last night, just Chauncey and Sloan and me. We're visiting my daughter Jennie and her family. (I can't wait to see my grandkids!) Jennie made this yummy looking Blueberry Lemonade and posted it on her blog Tuffet! Hopefully she saved us some! But for now I'll share the last drink we made, we don't have fresh Maine blueberries!
Frozen Hot Chocolate
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 teaspoons hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups ice
Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir until completely melted. Add the hot chocolate mix and the sugar, then mix in about 1/4 cup of the milk.

Put this mixture into your blender and add the rest of the milk. Blend until it looks chocolatey and not speckled. Add 3 cups of ice and blend until it doesn't clunk anymore!
