I LOVE this workout! It was tuff, but do~able and I felt like I had worked when I got done. In fact, it is a lot like the muscle toning class I attend at my local gym.

I really enjoyed this workout, it was like a party! Great music and lots of fun moves!

I love having a selection of workout dvd’s to choose from, then I have no excuses for not working out!
