Jumbo 3~Chip Cookies

So I found another chocolate chip cookie recipe! This one is so good. I know, I've said that with the last I don't know how many chocolate chip cookie recipes! But, this one is different because it uses 3 different kinds of chips and it makes a nice big batch. This would be an easy recipe to cut in half if you didn't need a bunch of cookies, but why do that? You do need a bunch of cookies don't you? Just hide them in a cookie jar in the back corner of the kitchen and hide a bag of chips in front of them, you know the kind of chips you don't like! Oh wait, that's what I did! These cookies have the power to talk to you, they say EAT ONE!

Jumbo 3~Chip Cookies

1 1/2 cups butter

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semi~sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl whisk the flour, baking powder and soda.

In a mixer cream the butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix in the chocolate chips. Scoop out onto cookie sheets with a cookie scoop. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
