Sabino Trail Shoe Review and Giveaway!



I contacted Montrail shoes a while back and asked if I could do a review/giveaway of a pair of their new trail shoes and Erin sent me the Sabino Trail shoe. I have always loved my Montrail trail shoes, they just fit my feet good and I never get blisters. So, I was super excited to try their new Sabino trail shoe. Oh my gosh, these shoes feel so great! They are nice and light weight, they have synthetic leather and nylon mesh uppers so they are great for keeping your feet cool for summer running. They were also great when I slipped on a rock and one foot landed in the creek. I thought about dunking the other foot in so they'd both be wet, but 5 minutes later I had forgotten which foot had gotten wet! The soles are nice and flexible and give me plenty of traction on rocky trails yet light and flexible enough to maneuver all the rocks and branches and other fun things I encounter on trails! Let's see, this morning there were cow pies, a dead mouse and roots.
I also took my new shoes on a couple of road runs, you just for fun, lol! They were great for roads, they still felt lightweight and kept my feet cool. I think the Sabino trail shoe is my favorite Montrail shoe yet!

I also wore them the other day when we went canoeing and hiking and they were super comfortable. I wore them to the gym this morning for my bootcamp type class and they performed really well for walking lunges with 10 pound weights! I was exhausted after class, but I took them out for a trail run anyway! The Sabino trail shoe is just a great shoe for any adventure!
