Since you haven't fried anything befor...Nicole,<br />Since you haven't fried anything before I'll give you some extra pointers.<br />When you fry them make sure you have about 2 inches of oil in a medium size frying pan. Then you want to heat it to just above medium, I set my burner at 6. I let is heat up, then I put just a tiny blit of the batter in and see if it bubbles up and brown fairly fast. If it does, put you donut puffs in, but don't crowd the pan to much. Then you just want to kind of flip them over with a fork when they start to brown a little. Then scoop them out with a slotted spoon onto papertowels to drain. Then you want to drop some more into the hot oil.
