Bubble Pizza

P4040159

Sloan came home all excited the other day because she had made Bubble Pizza in her FACS class at school (Family and Consumer Science). We use to call it Home Ec. Sloan is my picky eater, so I was happy that she had made something at school that she liked. I bought all the ingredients and she made it at home. It’s really fun to eat because it pulls apart like Monkey Bread.

Bubble Pizza

2 tubes of biscuits

1 cup Marinara sauce, I used Ragu

Pepperoni

2 cups Grated Cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut the biscuits into quarters and put them into the bottom of the pan. It’s ok if there are gaps in-between.  Pour the sauce on and coat all the biscuits. Layer the pepperoni on. Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with the cheese and bake about 3 more minutes.
